We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and strive to deliver the best products possible. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund using the process below:
*Any product can be returned or exchanged for store credit for any reason within 14 days of delivery. If you need to make a return, please send the unworn product (in original plastic wrapping) along with a completed return form (below).
1. Please download and fill out this Returns Form. Please note all required fields.
2. Once we have received your return request, our customer service team will review your submission.
3. Upon review, we will inform you by email of the status of your request. All returns should be sent according to the instructions in your confirmation email. Once we have established the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the costs for return postage) within 5 working days.
3.1. We ask that you are responsible for all shipping & tracking costs for returns & exchanges.
4. All return packages must be shipped with a proof of postage. We are not able to process refunds if proof of postage is not provided. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.
5. The items must be sent back to us in original condition with packaging and tags (if any) still attached.
6. We are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order. (If any)
7. To provide the best experience, We aim to accept all returns. However, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
*If a discount code or coupon code was used at the time of purchase, the discounted amount that you originally paid will be refunded only (not the full retail product price).
Articles will not be accepted if:
- It has been worn or taken out of original protective plastic
- You have attempted to reassemble the product once broken
- Purchases from 3rd Party Vendors: If your PierWatches product was purchased through a 3rd party retailer, our 2 year warranty does not apply. All returns and exchanges must be made through the retailer you originally purchased your product from.
* You may send all return items thru a shipper of your choice.
* We suggest that you include delivery/receipt confirmation service to ensure receipt of your item.
PierWatches warrants its products for TWO YEAR against defects in workmanship or materials.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage due to accident, abuse, misuse, modification, water, pets, children, or acts of God. For example, you went swimming. Bummer, but not covered. You accidentally dropped your new HERCULES watch, and there is a crack on the crystal? Sadly, not covered. If we replace a product for you, the replacement assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
